What CRM do you use or recommend?

Since I mostly work with solo entrepreneurs who just need the basics, I typically recommend 17hats. However, I’ve also set up Dubsado as well as simple systems that just use Google Sheets and Google Docs. I’ve built custom CRMs in Airtable. I’m happy to take a look at any CRM you’re currently using.

What do you use to build websites?

I use WordPress with the Elementor Pro builder. We include a subscription to Elementor Pro for as long as your website remains on our monthly maintenance subscription.

What’s the cost to maintain my website after it is built?

Can you troubleshoot a technical issue with my website / email / hosting?

 Yes, more than likely. If you have an issue with your website, email, web hosting, DNS, automations, or marketing tools – it’s probably something I can fix, or at least point you in the right direction.

Sometimes I’ll work directly with the technical support for your online tools – because I know how to ask the right questions to help them do their job faster and save you the frustration. Make sure you have your login information ready for any apps you need me to troubleshoot.

Do I need to use Zoom to work with you?

I have clients all over the United States and I enjoy a flexible lifestyle where I make my own schedule and enjoy travel. For these reasons, most of my consulting work, including technical support, business advisory, and customer service is done through Zoom or email. If you can’t use Zoom, let me know, and we can arrange for a phone call or an alternative video conferencing option.

For those located in close proximity to Central Virginia (Charlottesville to  Richmond), I’ll be happy to meet in-person, though my availability will be more limited.
