For instance, I didn’t put much in the book about nurturing your relationships with past customers and that is SO important. Repeat customers will bring in a large percentage of your business sales if you treat those customers right from the very beginning.

However, the main focus of the book is to help you get your unique message out on social media. Many entrepreneurs struggle with this because they haven’t crafted a clear message in the first place. Setting your focus is so important. Defining your audience helps you know WHAT to say and keep WHO you’re saying it to at the forefront of your mind.
