A serene stretch of land in Fluvanna County with more potential than I know what to do with on my own. Retreats, workshops, elopements, garden parties, outdoor coworking, photography sessions, camping spots, a dog park, a quiet picnic space for families, maybe an Airbnb down the road. I’m genuinely open to all of it. The kind of space that doesn’t really exist around here yet, and that’s exactly why I’m excited.
The land is ready. What I need is someone who loves land and wants to be hands-on with it, someone who will show up, tend it, and help turn the vision into something real. If that sounds like you, I’d genuinely love to talk.
